2. Quotations & Booking Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry via WhatsApp, email, or telephone does not create a confirmed booking. A booking becomes effective only upon written confirmation of commercial rates, actual/volumetric weight verification, cargo inspection, and acceptance of applicable carrier conditions of carriage.

3. Shipper Responsibilities & Prohibited Cargo

The consignor/shipper warrants that all declared descriptions, weights, values, GST Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, and export/import documents are accurate and lawful. Contraband, illegal goods, currency, precious bullion, narcotics, weapons, and undeclared dangerous/flammable goods are strictly prohibited.

4. Packaging & Transit Insurance

Shippers are solely responsible for adequate seaworthy, airworthy, or roadworthy packaging suitable for multi-stage commercial handling. Shippers are advised to maintain comprehensive marine/transit cargo insurance covering full invoice value.

5. Intellectual Property

The PP VELOCITY WORLDWIDE SHIPPING trade name, branding, text, and layout design on this website are protected under applicable law and may not be copied or misrepresented without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
